Planning for a Workshop

Everything you need to host a One Love Workshop. Check out the tips below for how to effectively navigate the One Love Education Center and prepare for your workshop.

How to Plan for a Workshop

1

Pick Your Workshop Content

When selecting the right film for your workshop, it’s important to consider who your audience is and what their needs are. The Discover page includes film descriptions, trailers, and filters to narrow down your selection.

Be sure to Contact One Love for guided help in setting up your workshop – our dedicated staff would be thrilled to assist!

2

Get Trained

Now that you’ve picked your workshop, it’s time to visit Training.

If you’re a new facilitator:

    • Complete the 3 One Love 101 Courses. These courses provide background on One Love and the 10 Signs of a Healthy and Unhealthy Relationship, facilitation tips, and the opportunity to dive into One Love’s learning objectives.
    • Once you complete the One Love 101 Courses, the workshop-specific courses will unlock.

If you’re a returning facilitator:

4

Schedule your Workshop

It’s key that you plan the dates and times of your session(s) in advance. If you are doing multiple sessions for the same workshop, we recommend that they be completed within one week of each other — or as close together as possible — to allow the conversations to build upon each other.
5
