Denise Balthrop Cassidy
Denise Balthrop Cassidy has actively supported One Love Foundation since 2016. Based in Seattle with her husband Barney, Denise currently devotes her time to her three-teenager family and to transformative philanthropic enterprises focused on equality, education, health, and sustainability. During her thirty year professional acting career, she performed across Europe and the US, from the Kennedy Center in DC to Berkeley Rep. Denise is a graduate of Duke University (BA, Theater & Comparative Area Studies) and The Catholic University of America (MFA, Acting). A natural educator, her extensive experience includes teaching at Cornell University, in Poland for the U.S. Information Agency, and many institutions across the country.Christine Chao
Christine J. Chao is currently General Counsel of the Foremost Group, an international shipping company. Christine has extensive corporate and commercial law experience, having worked in senior legal positions for three Fortune 100 companies: GE, Federal Express, and Ultramar Corporation. Christine began her legal career upon graduation from Columbia Law School with the Wall Street law firm of Dewey & LeBoeuf focusing on M&A, US securities, leasing and project finance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and currently serves as a Trustee for her alma mater. Christine is honored and proud to join One Love and join in the movement to educate others about the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships. After living abroad in Hong Kong, China and London, England, Christine now resides in Greenwich, CT with her husband Jos Shaver and their two sons.Tenagne Girma-Jeffries
Tenagne Girma-Jeffries is an award-winning marketing expert that has an extensive career in building global brands. Tenagne has had tenure at top global advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, Grey Worldwide, The Kaplan Thaler Group, and The Sawtooth Group. She has 15+ years of experience which has included Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola Company, Gerber, Wyeth, Boys and Girls Club, and McCormick. Her commitment to women of color in beauty led her to serve as VP of Growth Marketing at Our Shade of Brown which was one of the first e-commerce subscription-based beauty platforms dedicated to women of color, beauty, and startups. Most recently, she Co-Founded We Are Cultivation Group. We Are Cultivation Group on impact investment to help start-ups grow their business while transforming communities one block at a time. To date, they have more than 14,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate under management with the launch of Cultivated Living Community scheduled for Spring 2024. Tenagne serves as a Trustee at NJPAC, Limited Partner at First Close, One Love Foundation board member, JUV Consulting Advisor, and Founder of 500 Women. Michael “Colin” McLane
Colin is the CEO of The McLane Group, a diversified business in the financial services, intelligence, and security industries. In addition to his responsibilities at McLane, Colin serves as the Senior Advisor to NYC Police Commissioner, James P. O’Neill. Mr. McLane is a member of the Domestic Security Alliance Council and National Law Enforcement Associates. Colin earned his MBA from Columbia University and his BA from Boston College where he is in the Varsity Club Hall of Fame for Men’s Lacrosse. The McLane Family has been active supporters of One Love for years and are very proud that Colin was invited to the board of trustees at One Love in an effort to educate people about the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships. Justin McLeod is Founder and CEO at Hinge, the dating app designed to be deleted. After a few years in management consulting, he attended Harvard Business School, where he was inspired to follow his passion for connecting people. Justin founded Hinge in February 2011 with a mission to create real-life connections. As a romantic and the protagonist of a real-life love story, Justin set out to create an intentional dating app to help millions of people find their person, too. Justin's vision for a more thoughtful experience resonated with singles and Match Group, which acquired the company in 2019. That same year, Hinge became the fastest-growing dating app in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia and is now the third most downloaded dating app in the world.Olachi Opara
Olachi is portfolio manager at Brown Advisory. She works with the portfolio management team to help manage the balanced accounts of their private clients. She joined Brown Advisory in 2007 from T. Rowe Price where she served as a retail specialist. Education- University of Maryland, MBA (2013)

David Outcalt
David Outcalt is a partner of Lexington Partners, a global alternative investment manager primarily involved in providing liquidity solutions to owners of alternative investments and coinvesting alongside leading private equity sponsors. Prior to joining Lexington in 1994, David worked at Landmark Partners and Bear Stearns. He graduated from Williams College with a BA and from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA. David also currently serves on the board of trustees of University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio, the New York Advisory Board of Enterprise Community Partners and the Board of Directors of The Bronxville School Foundation.Tammy L Richardson-Augustus
Tammy L Richardson-Augustus JP is a partner at Appleby (a leading global law firm with offices in 10 countries) and member of Appleby Women’s Legal Network and DE&I Committee. Tammy joined Appleby in 1998, has worked in Bermuda, BVI and Hong Kong offices of the firm and enjoyed time as a stagiaire at Linklaters in London. Tammy maintains a diversified business transactions practice, with emphasis on M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, secured and unsecured lending transactions and general corporate governance matters. She has a remarkable breadth of experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including in banking, energy, oil and gas, and maritime shipping.
Tammy has been awarded many professional accolades throughout her career including being ranked in IFLR1000, Chambers & Global and Legal 500. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (cum laude) in accounting and economics from Saint Mary’s University and a Law Degree LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol. As a life learner, Tammy also completed all four parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accountancy Examination (CPA) with distinction, attained a UEFA Equivalent D License with the Bermuda Football Coaches Association and recently became the first Bermuda facilitator for One Love Foundation. Through her collaboration with One Love, Tammy has ensured that abuse prevention remains a top priority. To this end, she staged an inaugural youth summit at Government House, held training sessions for interested groups, partnered with local charities to introduced abuse prevention education to schools, hosted a seminar for a curated list of judges, parliamentarians, and other thought leaders, trained a cohort of new police recruits amongst other initiatives.
Tammy is a non-executive director on the corporate boards of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited and The Polaris Group of Companies, a member of the Bermuda Bar Association and a justice of the peace. Tammy believes deeply in corporate social responsibility. This is evidenced by her service on the statutory board of the Bermuda Deposit Insurance Corporation and Bermuda Monetary Authority. Further, she is currently a director on the following registered charities: WISTA Bermuda (founding member and legal counsel), AXA End-to-End (director responsible for volunteers), BermudaFirst (deputy chairperson), Transitional Community Services, and WeSpeak (Bermuda) Limited. Tammy has enjoyed a collaboration with One Love Foundation and is keen to continue to apply her talents and lend her voice to the eradication of abuse.

Marie-Louise Skafte is the founder of Skafte Global Law, P.A., a boutique consulting firm. She serves as Consultant and provides general advice to global companies, executive management teams and acts as outside General Counsel. Marie-Louise is licensed to practice law in Canada, the United States and England. Prior to forming the firm, Marie-Louise worked in San Francisco as Vice President – Global General Counsel, Head of HR and Corporate Compliance with The Cronos Group leading teams in 19 countries. She also worked for Deutsche Post DHL, with operations in 220 countries holding the position of General Counsel for Canada. She has previously held key management positions for DHL Express (USA), Inc., American President Lines Limited, MasTec, Inc., and the Massachusetts Port Authority. Marie-Louise obtained a JD from Suffolk University Law School, a BA in Labor/Management Relations & Business from the University of Toronto and Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University, where she earned academic and athletic scholarships. As an avid traveler and commercial pilot, she hopes to expand One Love’s international reach. Marie-Louise resides in Florida with her husband Roger Martin.Christopher W. Solomon
Ampy Vasquez
With extensive experience working for multi-billion dollar global organizations, Ampy Vasquez drives strategic global integrated marketing communications plans and digital programs that deliver on business goals and objectives flawlessly. Ampy has led global product launches, positioning workshops, branding, public relations, promotional live and virtual experiential initiatives as well as business planning teams in the medical device, biopharmaceutical, and consumer industries. She has also served on the Freehold Township Education Foundation as Board Member. Ampy is a proud Mom, wife, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, God Mama, and friend to all in her immediate and extended family. Her passion is coaching her team for success and development opportunities. She enjoys bonding and spending time with all in her life in intimate gatherings, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.Michael J. Ward
Michael Ward served as the chairman and chief executive officer of CSX Corporation for fourteen years. CSX is one of the nation’s premier transportation and logistics companies. Over his 40-year career, Mr. Ward headed CSX’s operations, coal sales and marketing, and finance departments. Under Mr. Ward’s leadership, the company continually achieved record safety performances while providing vital services to customers and posting strong financial results for shareholders. On the Harvard’s Business Review’s November 2016 ranking of The Best Performing CEOs in the World, Mr. Ward ranked 26th in generating the best return for shareholders and the environment. A native of Baltimore, MD., Mr. Ward’s commitment to personal philanthropy and corporate citizenship has been recognized with City Year’s prestigious Lifetime of Idealism Award. Mr. Ward is a member of the Board of Directors of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (PNC). He also serves on various not for profit boards including City Year, One Love, Edward Waters College, Hubbard House, the Civic Council of Jacksonville, and Gen Wow. Through his private foundation, the Michael Ward and Jennifer Glock Foundation, he has donated over $35M to various charitable causes. The focus of the giving has been increasing educational opportunities and results in elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and college, as well as promoting healthy relations, preventing domestic violence, support of the military and the arts. Mr. Ward earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in 1972, and received a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School in 1976.Debbie Weir
Debbie Weir joined Cancer Support Community in March 2022 as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. She is a visionary, passionate, and values-driven leader focused on making an impact. A social worker by training, Debbie has more than 30 years of proven success in nonprofit management in the areas of capacity building, programs, and services, fund development, board management, advocacy, strategic planning, and expanding visibility and influencing stakeholders to support mission priorities. Debbie understands in a deeply personal way the impact of a cancer diagnosis and the critical importance of CSC’s mission to serve patients and their loved ones. She lost her father to suicide after a lengthy, debilitating cancer diagnosis and treatment, cared for her mom who is a breast cancer survivor, and recently served for several months as her brother’s primary caregiver until his death from cancer. Debbie came to CSC from Everytown for Gun Safety, the largest gun violence prevention organization in the country with nearly 8 million supporters, including moms, mayors, survivors, students, and everyday Americans. Debbie focused on developing and executing the strategy for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and the Everytown Survivor Network, while implementing new initiatives, including Students Demand Action and programs focused on gun suicide prevention. Before joining Everytown, Debbie served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), leading the network of more than 200 MADD affiliates across the U.S. and spearheading efforts to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, serve the victims of these violent crimes, and prevent underage drinking. During Debbie’s MADD tenure with the launch of the Campaign to Eliminate Drunk Driving in 2007, 30 states have passed model DUI all-offender ignition interlock laws, which have saved an additional 1,800 lives. Before her work at MADD, Debbie built and directed St. Paul’s Hospice program in Dallas, after leading the Social Services Department at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Worth for 4 years.

Alexis Morin
Alexis Morin helps ambitious leaders follow their callings and clarify their commitments to justice and spirituality. Her coaching method combines executive coaching, interreligious theology, and community organizing. Her background includes spending a decade co-founding and growing Students for Education Reform into a national student organizing force to improve public schools. She worked with over 5,000 First-Generation College Student organizers who passed new education policies in their home cities and ran the most effective school board voter turnout program in the field. In recognition of that work, she was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list twice and received the Draper Richards Kaplan Fellowship. Alexis is currently a Master of Divinity candidate at Union Theological Seminary where she is studying spiritual-but-not-religious theology, interreligious engagement, and activism. She's a graduate of Teleos Leadership Institute's coach development program and nearly a graduate of Princeton University. Alexis lives in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and loves reading, biking the city, and most Mindy Kaling shows.

Leslie Morgan Steiner is the author of the New York Times bestseller Crazy Love, an international speaker on family violence, and an expert resource who appears regularly on National Public Radio, NBC’s Today Show, MSNBC and Fox News. Her TEDTalk on the complexity of relationship abuse has been viewed over 6.5 million times. Leslie, a former victim of relationship violence herself, provides the board with expert resources and advice on real life applications, which helps One Love grow as a nationally recognized voice against relationship violence.

Dr. Kim Rutkowski formerly served as the Chairman of the Board for the One Love Foundation. Prior to her role as Chairman, Kim was the first Chairman of the National Advisory Council. She has been a driving force behind the strategic planning and growth of the organization. Kim graduated with a BA and MBA from Temple University and a DBA from Jacksonville University. Her professional career includes more than twenty years working with Fortune 500 companies. She was also the founding Board Chair for City Year Jacksonville and is currently a Trustee of the Delta Zeta Foundation. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Davis School of Business and teaches International Business and Marketing.

Sydney Browne
Sydney is an undergraduate junior at Cornell University, studying Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Business, Psychology, Human Development, and Law & Society. On-campus, she is a part of the Cornell Speech and Debate Society, the Cornell Advocacy Project, the Caribbean Students' Association, and the Cornell chapter of the OneLove Foundation. Off-campus, she serves as a Hotline Volunteer for the Ithaca Advocacy Center. After graduation, she hopes to attend graduate school and become a legal advocate for domestic and/or sexual violence survivors. She first got involved in OneLove after attending an impromptu information session and was immediately interested in the chapter's commitment as well as the organization's mission as a whole. "I'd never seen an organization that focused on relationship health so early in the process, so I knew that this was something extraordinary and had to get involved." Teresa is a senior at the Academy of the Holy Cross in Kensington, Maryland. She first learned about One Love from her school and became a trained student leader in the summer of 2021 and has been involved ever since. Teresa believes that the education that One Love provides is essential and she hopes to contribute to a powerful change that One Love can make by implementing more workshop opportunities in the community. Beau is currently a junior at St. Francis DeSales High School in Columbus, Ohio. He discovered One Love while looking for support after separating from an unhealthy relationship. Aside from One Love’s mission, Beau is passionate about mental health equity and suicide prevention. Beau also plays football and lacrosse and performs stand-up comedy.Will Groot
Will joined the One Love Youth Advisory Board in 2021. He’s currently a senior at the Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT) where he plays on the varsity basketball team. Will has been actively involved in the Tri-State Teen Ambassador program since 2018. He firmly believes in the value and relevance of relationship education in today’s world. Will is originally from South Carolina, and moved to California for a couple of years before landing in NYC. Will looks forward to continuing his basketball career at Johns Hopkins University.

I’m Ary! They’ve been working with One Love since they were 17. They go to SUNY Schenectady Community College for Baking and Pastry Arts. When they’re not educating people on the signs of healthy relationships, they’re baking, hanging out with friends or reading. Teddy joined One Love as a Mid-Atlantic Teen Ambassador in 2021. He is currently a senior at Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, Maryland, where he runs cross country and track and writes for the newspaper. He joined One Love with a concern for relationship awareness, and he wants to continue to learn and facilitate discussions on the topic. Outside of One Love, Teddy enjoys playing the piano, hiking, and listening to music. He is also an avid Bruce Springsteen fan and considers himself an outdoors person.Hannah Mackin
Hannah is a high school junior at Frontier Regional School in Western Massachusetts. She first found out about One Love in 2021, after participating in an Amor del Bueno workshop, and became captivated with One Love’s mission. She is on the soccer team and plays basketball and track, as well as participating in student government and Feminist Club. She loves to be involved with One Love because of the accessible education and positive impact it has had on her friends and teammates. My name is Ben Meyers and I am currently a Senior Mathematics Major at Haverford College (Haverford, PA) where I play men's lacrosse. I am originally from New York and moved to Florida during my Sophomore year at the Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT). I joined One Love's Campus Ambassador program in 2021 and have been facilitating workshops, organizing fundraising events, and leading discussions about healthy relationships as a Co-head of the Haverford One Love Club. In addition to One Love, I volunteer for Harlem Lacrosse tutoring and mentor middle and high school student-athletes in Philadelphia. I strongly believe that One Love's educational benefits have the power to greatly improve the way high school and college students engage in relationships.Kaiya Roland
Kaiya Roland is from Atlanta, Georgia, and is currently a junior on a pre-med track at Georgia State University. Kaiya’s goal is to spread education on relationship education, the signs of abuse, and overcoming abusive relationships. Starting as a campus ambassador, Kaiya believes that One Love’s powerful message encouraged her to be better in her relationships with others and hopes that she can teach the same to others serving on the Youth Advisory Board! Outside of One Love, she is involved in an internship with the Dean of Students in Domestic Violence Initiatives and Awareness creating events for students on campus to spread awareness to domestic violence. Kaiya is also a leader in Men in Violence Prevention, an initiative addressing men’s involvement in domestic violence and toxic masculinity. She is also a hospice care volunteer, involved in behavioral research, and likes to go rock climbing on her days off!Isabelle Rudy
Izzy is a senior at Sturgis East Public Charter School on Cape Cod Massachusetts. She got involved with One Love through her town’s youth commission, which she is also now the chair of. She has been involved with One Love for the past few years, having led numerous workshops, attending fundraising events, and traveling to Washington D.C. to talk to politicians about One Love’s important education. To Izzy, the most important part about One Love’s curriculum is its versatility and the content’s ability to allow people to see themselves in the depicted relationships. Going forward, she is so looking forward to working with One Love on the Youth Advisory Board, and continuing to spread One Love to her community.Chloe Taddeo
Chloe is a high school senior at Dominican Academy in Manhattan, New York. She attended the leadership camp and student summit in the summer of 2021 and continued working with One Love through being a teen ambassador. Through being involved with One Love, Chloe recognized that the healthy and unhealthy signs can be present in all types of relationships, not just romantic, but also familial and friendships. Chloe will continue being a teen ambassador in the 2022-2023 school year and plans to start a “One Love Club: Advocating Healthy Relationships”. She values relationship education because the basic tools to identify negative and positive signs can help steer people towards healthy relationships rather than abusive ones. In her free time, she enjoys doing archery, singing, and spending time in Manhattan with her friends. Chloe is excited to continue working with One Love and be a member of the Youth Advisory Board!
